How to check the status of your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at maculatackle.help@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at maculatackle@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

International shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: The United States of America, Canada and Mexico. We have plans to expand soon.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Macula Tackle is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 4-5 days of receiving your order. Exceptions include items that are out-of-stock, and holiday season shipping. If there are delays to your order you will be contacted. If your item is out-of-stock you will be able to make a substitution for your unavailable item, or your order can be placed on backorder status. We use UPS carriers and ship anywhere in the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our shipping charges are based on a flat rate of $5 with free shipping on orders $50 or more.
