📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at maculatackle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

We'll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fishing tackle and limited inventory runs, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong color selection, or general use wear.
🚫 Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale. These products cannot be returned or exchanged, and all purchases of final sale items are considered final at checkout.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and review the returned item (if applicable). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
